That’s great to hear. Knowing that they support the products that way is what will encourage others to buy their new ones. It also helps with getting loyal customers year after year. My Bose NC 700 continues to be pretty meh. The transparency mode quality is amazing compared to Sony but we still don’t even have a proper EQ beyond three sliders.
