Like I always say, "investigate the poors" because we all know they're hiding gold and gems beneath the floorboards of squalor and misery. I call this the "leprechaun" hypothesis, follow the rainbow of daily struggle and at the end you'll find all the monies that the dregs have swindled from society. Then I say, "put them in jail and show them what a honest days work is really like" and then I go swimming in my money bin because I am Scrooge McDuck.
