Almost every problem at Microsoft for the past several years has one root cause: the MBA dipshits took over their entire business culture. In long years past, the engineers at least had some influence over things. I’m not saying engineers and programmers are perfect, far from it. But in general, they want to fix problems and deliver better software. The MBA dipshits are only out to exploit customers, not serve them.
