For people who are like… “So? what?” The Nakba is both… the campaign that initially created the State of Israel- after a war to explicitly disenfranchise Palestinians of representation and established the status quo that’s been around for about 70-some years (and upset on oct 7th)… and the ongoing genocide of Palestinians.
