Accounts which solely post advertisements, or persistently post them may be terminated.
Hi everyone, not sure if everyone's heard of /r/beermoneyuk. It's one of the subreddits that helped most as a student to have an additional source of income and I really miss it since moving to the Fediverse (I can't seem to find the alternative here)....

Frankly, Even I hate nonsense Reddit API updates that have almost put third-party apps out of business. I'm more than happy with the two-day blackout as a mark of protest. But sealing off our subreddit forever? That's ridiculous! We're a community of just over a million. There several of us back online, yet we arent....
I'm feeling a real positive energy and community spirit as a result of the sudden fragmentation of reddit's foundational use base....
Think this case in particular is pretty interesting. Former default subreddit and one of the largest on the site (Top 20 at least)....
