When you have an appointment booked for something that has caused a lot of anxiety, and the other party doesn't even show up (kbin.social)

They were experiencing "technical difficulties" with the video call, which I didn't believe because they had my phone number and email too and they could easily have sent a "sorry we're having problems" message during the 30 mins the appointment lasted....
