Based on what evidence? Or is it simply because she is a woman, she couldn’t possibly do something illegal, so she must have been forced into doing it?
Did you even read the article? No. Of course not. She was found with like 30 g on her. What cartel is going to traffic drugs 30 g at a time?!?
Strange deal, but sure - always good to work on yourself. Also not sure why you assume, I would think that smuggling heroine would be a good idea to beginn with.
Just wanted to point out that it’s the first “woman” in 20 years. They execute people every year (?), or at least much more regularly than every 20 years.
Also, looking at the article she had 30g of heroin and the guy they executed yesterday had 50g. These people aren’t a scourge on society, they just have substance abuse problems. Way to punish the victims.
Funny how it’s only “a sort of racist, extremist dictatorship” now, not 75 years ago when the settler colonialism regime took form.
I have no pity for the residents who ignored and vilified the indigenous Palestinians for resisting oppression. Israel, as the Jewish supremacist settler colonial regime that it is, is incompatible with democracy from the get go.
Maybe it’s time to admit Zionism is indeed racism and have a truly secular, one-person, one-vote democracy between Egypt, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon.
India is a quasi-dictatorship that depends on its people to be uneducated and divided. It’s more probable that it’ll suffer continued brain drain, as people are looking for opportunities elsewhere.
Thankfully? Sounds like she wanted to leave, is happy, healthy and well cared for. We don’t know what home life was like, and she walked into the police station to get herself off the missing persons list as shes not missing.
Ya, I don’t think she went “home”. I think she ran away from an abusive home and then after she became a legal adult she went to a police station to let them know she was alive and ok. She likely waited so she could not be forced to go back to her parents.
She ran away at age 14. At 18 she went to the police station to clear her name from the missing persons list. They said she was healthy and in good spirits.
Not just any money, taxpayer money. Her name sitting in the NCIC database was really adding to the data bill. Or this guy has delusions about what the police actually do about runaways.
