Same. Had a P7 Pro for a couple of months and moved to an S23U as soon as it was released. Phenomenal phone.

Hmm, I donā€™t think so. I admit Iā€™m struggling to recall though, already!

I use a few different apps, depending on what Iā€™m aiming for.

For any photo that I want a nice elegant result with, Iā€™ll use Lightroom. I have an Adobe subscription through my employer, so itā€™s an easy go-to for me. The fact that it syncs all images and edits with desktop through the Adobe cloud is a really nice way to do some edits on my S23U while Iā€™m out and about, and then finish them later on desktop. My final steps are usually to open the photo in Photoshop for the sort of cloning and generative stuff that Lightroom canā€™t yet match on either desktop or mobile.

If Iā€™m making any silly images for my kids or socials, Iā€™ll use InShot, which I have an annual subscription for. Itā€™s got a lot of great tools and sticker sets, so itā€™s fun to work with. Itā€™s great for video editing too, if perhaps not quite as powerful as Capcut.

Lastly, I use Canva for things that need a little more control over text, as it does a better job in that arena than InShot (although far from perfect).

Great shots. And I see youā€™re a fellow Aussie!

Thatā€™s awesome for that very important feeling of security, but man it sucks when you get to two years and realise your phone wonā€™t be getting any better. I guess some folks donā€™t mind that, and of course thereā€™s also ROMs as a solution, but still.

Yeah, that makes it a pretty unappealing phone imo. Two years of version updates and no option of moving to a rom afterwardsā€¦ Thatā€™s a big olā€™ nope.

Just an utter, abject failure of a device. How did they learn so little from four generations of Samsung foldables?
