  3. Efficient = makers
  4. Final cause = intended purpose

Does it stand after 2300+ years?

'Cause' is a big word. Influence is better. Also, they're all interactive parts of the whole, 'cause' as a word in English has an unitary exclusiveness to it that might not be in the Greek. Effects have an ecology of causes. But these 4 influences are certainly useful high level considerations
