sometimes i wonder how many undiagnosed autistic people developed agoraphobia and panic disorder as a result of neglect (due to not knowing the diagnosis) because this is what happened to me, i did beat #agoraphobia after i found out i was autistic (because i finally had some understanding of what was going on, and so, some form of control to learn how to deal with it) and nowadays it's rare for me to have agoraphobic thoughts.
