TW/CW: there is sexual assault in this very old Malay movie. I'm drawing comparisons between the descent into abjection in the protagonist here and in Lewis's The Monk.

The NL is voting to cut the 30% ruling. This will affect academics, they will not come to the #Netherlands, if they have to pay half the salary or more for housing. I think this is not the place to get the budget for student grants, they can be found elsewhere for sure. Otherwise, students will have grants but no professors, and we know some universities are short of staff. @academicchatter #academicsofmastodon #academicchatter
