I’m thinking about buying Star Trek Infinite, but IGN review give it only 5 (mediocre). The videogame itself seems quite interesting and beautiful, but IGN says it has a lot of bugs everywhere. Does anyone here bought Infinite?
I think bars should have #gaming#karaoke nights; people take turns playing whatever #videoGames they are good at on a projector for the whole bar to watch. Get a drag queen to be "Master of Controllers" describing the action and calling up new players.
It seems like Mastodon is losing its mindshare to #Bluesky among many academics.
I can't help but think this has to do with the self-imposed limitations of Mastodon — lack of quotes, ordered timeline, etc. Makes it less interesting to use, for no real advantage.
Sad, because the underlying decentralization is much more robust.

🎮 On a related topic: later this month the NGO I work with is publishing the first of a series of free video games that teach and encourage the use of critical thinking.
It's not great, but my favorite part is how it's all these cartoons like Mickey and Donald Duck and then Jack Sparrow's there like "Wait, I'm in this too!?"

I had fun playing this one and definitely recommended it... but I have some Thoughts. There's too much to put in a toot, though. I'll be sure to update this with a link to my Steam review when I get it typed up

This is almost certainly my spooky game of the year! 🏆 I might be biased as a fan of "The Cat Lady" and Downfall, but I 1,000% recommend this one to anyone looking for a puzzle/story focused horror game
I forgot to mention that I played "Zombies Ate My Neighbors" at my friend's place the other day. We got a lot farther than I would have expected - which is not very far, actually 😂 It's a lot of fun! ...I wish it would work on Steam Deck 😤
