Who ever did it helped deindustralize Europe and for that I thank them. A part of me is optimistic that European factories will move to my region, we have everything European companies could want, from cheap energy to young skilled workers -60% of us are under 30-. More so with the rise of anti-immigrant sentiments and Europe’s aging population. I don’t think BMW would have taken Austrian lithium to be processed in Saudi Arabia if Germany still had cheap energy.

Wouldn’t suprise me to learn we had something to do with it but this article is just hypothesising with no evidence and the idea that liz truss was the mastermind behind it while she was having a domestic nightmare is questionable
