interesting. when sparring I have always been one of the “faster reactors” (slightly faster temporal acuity?) but, as I age, the challenge is “getting there” in time, so I adjust distance to compensate. this study seems to comport with my own anecdotal life experiences and thats kinda cool.
I guess it’s the new cycle of evolution. Back when trees first evolved, there were no bacteria that could break down wood, so all of it was just piling up until it turned into coal (do correct me if I’m wrong, my primary source of this is a YouTube video by Steve Mould). If bacteria that can break down plastic can evolve, that would be neat for the environment. Maybe less neat for things that were built from plastic to last a long time
Here’s the WAV downloads of the original audio, the version sampled from linear data, and the version sampled with nonlinear data. There are more of these in the OP which use less electrodes on less patients, you can find them quickly by using Control+F.
Menstrual cups are the bidet of hygiene products. Practically eliminate the need for one-time-use consumables, a great sustainable solution to add to our world in great need of them. Highly recommend everyone get one. To know that they are also even healthier and more hygienic is just the cherry on top.
Makes sense, since degradation of lignin has to use some aggressive radical species that would also initiate degradation of polyethylene. Or any plastic or resin for that matter maybe except silicone or rubber
