I don't know if there is a recommendation regarding Armenian printings.
Cataloguing practises I use would say that the date on the title page has to come first. If the year is different on the colophon, you should use the square brackets as if it was an incorrect one. 1/2

If you are writing a bibliography for academic purposes, you could use the colophon year instead and explain your choice somewhere in intro or your text.
